Keeping possession is key. You can't win games if you don't control the ball. This passing drill will help develop your team chemistry and improve overall passing.
You Will Need:
The Rules:
Mark out a 20m squared area and create two teams of nine:
- First to 10 The aim of the game is to be the first team to make 10 consecutive passes.
- No running If you are in possession of the ball, you cannot move. Your team mates will have to create space for you to pass into.
- No tackling To win possession back, you must intercept, block or slap down the ball.
How To Play:
- To start, throw ball up and allow 2 players to contest for possession.
- Once in possession the team must complete 10 consecutive passes without losing the ball to win.
- All players must stay within the coned area at all times. If you go into touch, you lose possession.

- The first team to complete the 10 passes wins.
- Losers must to 10 press ups!
It’s always recommended to stretch and warm-up before any training and cool down afterwards.
