

Andrew Griffiths
Andrew holds a first-class BSc in Sport Science from Loughborough University and an MSc in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Liverpool. He has nearly three decades of training experience across strength & conditioning, nutrition, and sport. He is a former amateur footballer, rugby league player, and mixed martial arts competitor. Andrew combines his academic background with real-world competitive experience to write evidence-based training and nutrition guides . His insights are deeply rooted in actual science and genuine, mud-on-the-boots experience. He is currently training to be an accredited yoga instructor.
