Of course you can. Providing it’s within 30 days of purchase, if you’re not completely 100% satisfied with your order get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can try and resolve the issue – in many cases we’ll find a solution so that you won’t even need to return your items.

Please note: We do not accept returns or refund purchases for customised or custom sized items, this includes custom sized netting.

We keep our product prices as low as possible, unfortunately this means we can’t offer free delivery. Although thanks to the extensive range of couriers we use we’re able to provide a fantastic selection of delivery options at extremely competitive rates. Our delivery charges are based on the weight of the products you buy, so will vary from product to product. The full range of delivery options and costs are clearly displayed in your shopping basket before you checkout, so there’ll be no nasty surprises once you’ve confirmed your order.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and it’s winging its way over to you, you’ll receive an email update including full tracking details so you can check the progress on the relevant courier’s website. You can also do this by quickly logging in to your account on our website. Please note - Royal Mail is currently not a tracked service. If you have any problems tracking your order or wish to provide delivery instructions, please get in contact with our customer service team and we’ll do our best to help.
