Providing it’s within 14 days of purchase, if you’re not completely 100% satisfied with your order get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can try and resolve the issue – in many cases we’ll find a solution so that you won’t even need to return your items. You can also do this by quickly logging in to your account on our website. Please note - Royal Mail is currently not a tracked service.
