Christmas Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Christmas gifts from Net World Sports. However, if you're not fully satisfied, we've extended our standard 14-day returns policy to give you extra peace of mind this holiday season.

Extended Returns Period

Items purchased between 1st November 2024 and 24th December 2024 can be returned until 14th January 2025, provided they are in new and re-saleable condition. Simply contact our Customer Service team to begin the returns process and receive a returns form.

Important Note

Please be aware that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for personalized, customized, or custom-sized items. This includes custom kits, tracksuits, netting, and matting. Additionally, some products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons—please refer to the product listing for details.

We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service to monitor the return’s progress. Net World Sports cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Items that are not returned in a re-saleable condition may incur restocking fees. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details.

How to return an item

Don’t worry if you need to return an item, please follow the step by step information below:

  • Contact our Customer Service team, and they’ll send you a returns form.
  • Repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, including the completed returns form.
  • Return the package using a tracked courier service to ensure the item reaches us.

Who covers the cost of returns?

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. We highly recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in transit.

What if I receive a faulty item?

If you believe you have received a faulty or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team. They’ll assist you with the next steps.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Timeframe

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 working days. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

Refunds will only cover the item subtotal if it is returned in new, unused, and re-saleable condition, with original packaging and all parts included. All returned items will undergo thorough inspection, and higher-value orders may be subject to a 25% processing, handling, and repackaging fee. Items not returned in their original condition or deemed used may incur a 50% restocking fee.
