HOW OFTEN DO I CLEAN MY FILTER? Rinse the filter cartridge in clean water after every use. Rinse filter in clean water after 3 days, regardless of whether its been used or not. We recommend a deeper clean of the filter once a week. For more information, click here.

HOW OFTEN DO I REPLACE MY FILTER? Usage dependant. If you use your hot tub 3-4 times a week, we recommend changing it every month. If you use it 1-2 times a week then the filter can last up to 8 weeks. CosySpa & Net World Sports advise changing the filter every month as best practice. Change immediately if any signs of damage: heavy fraying or ripped filtration paper.
