Terms and Conditions

• The promoter is Net World Sports Ltd whose registered office is Net World Sport Ltd, Bryn Lane, Wrexham Industrial Estate, LL13 9UT.
• FORZA is a brand by Net World Sports Ltd.
• Competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Net World Sports Ltd.
• You must be a resident of the United Kingdom or United States. The address you provide with your competition entry may be used to send any prizes so please make sure this is correct. 
• Competition runs from 00:01am Monday 6th August and ends 11:59pm on Monday 24th September 2018.
• Prizes are only available through Net World Sports / FORZA. 
• Prize value is £1000/$1000 RRP.
• Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Net World Sports reserves the right to substiture prizes of equal or greater value at any time. 
• Entrants have to submit top 3 reasons in no more than 300 words to qualify. 
• Entries have to be submitted to [email protected]. 
• Shortlist to be made within 48 hours of competition closing.
• Shortlisted entries will be contacted within 48hours of competition closing. 
• Overall winner will be chosen by way of voting and announced on 1st October 2018. 
• Voting closes 23:59 BST Sunday 30th September. Any votes after this date will not be counted. 
• One vote per person
• The winners will be contacted within 48 hours of competition closing in the form of email.
• If the winner cannot be contacted, does not claim prize within 2 working days, or is found to have broken any terms of the competition, Net World Sports Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• Choice and delivery of prize items will be arranged once overall winner has been chosen. 
• Net World Sports are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage during transit.
• Net World Sports Ltd reserves the right to change, amend or cancel the promotion at any time and will be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
• By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Net World Sports reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
• By enterting the competition, you hereby agree to Net World Sports carrying out a site visit for marketing puposes including, but not limited to, video, pictures and interviews.
• By entering into the competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The offer and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
• Net World Sports reserves the right to use content produced as a result of the competition for marketing purposes including but not limited to, social media, emails, website content and blogs.
